Darcy's Kaffe started as a small coffee cart with one goal: to serve exceptional coffee with care and passion. Rolling through Copenhagen's streets, we quickly attracted a community of coffee lovers who appreciated our commitment to quality and creativity. As word spread, so did our ambitions. We opened our first café in central Copenhagen, creating a cozy space where customers could relax, work, and enjoy the same carefully crafted coffee. It became clear that one café wasn’t enough to meet the growing demand, so we expanded.

Today, Darcy's operates two beautiful locations, each bringing a unique twist on our original concept. While our Nørrebro café focuses on daytime coffee, our new Vesterbro spot extends into the evening, offering not just great coffee but also an exciting dinner menu, wine, and beer. What began as a cart has grown into two vibrant cafés, each still deeply rooted in our love for coffee and community.
